Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Weed It Out. Please read them carefully.

Effective Date: February 8, 2026 Intended for users 21+

1) Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Weed It Out (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2) Not Medical or Legal Advice

The App provides habit tracking and informational features only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or legal advice. If you need medical or mental health support, consult a qualified professional.

If you believe you may be experiencing a medical emergency, seek immediate help from local emergency services.

3) Eligibility (21+)

You must be 21 years of age or older to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 21. If you are not 21, do not use the App.

4) Compliance With Laws

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in your jurisdiction. The App is not intended to encourage or facilitate unlawful activity.

5) Estimates and Informational Outputs

Any metrics, calculations, projections, or insights shown in the App (including usage amounts, “clarity” scores, time saved, or money saved) are estimates for informational purposes only. They may be based on the information you enter, assumptions, and generalized models, and may not reflect actual outcomes. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or results.

6) License and Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the App (except as permitted by law).
  • Interfere with security features, subscription controls, or the App’s operation.
  • Use the App to violate laws or infringe the rights of others.

7) Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers a monthly subscription, billed through your Apple ID via the App Store. If you start a 7-day free trial, it will automatically renew into a paid monthly subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Your subscription continues until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting your account in the App does not cancel an active App Store subscription.

8) User Responsibility and Conduct

You are solely responsible for your actions and decisions, including any substance-related behavior. The App is a tracking tool and does not control or direct user conduct. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible or liable for user behavior, choices, or outcomes associated with cannabis use, reduction, or cessation.

9) On-device logs and data deletion

Entries you create in the App (for example: sessions, urges, timestamps, optional notes, and preferences) are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.

Deleting entries: At this time, the App does not provide an in-app feature to delete individual entries. Removing the App may remove locally stored data depending on your device settings and backups.

10) Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, branding, and content, is owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted by these Terms.

11) Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or meet your requirements.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the App.

13) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms.

14) Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.

15) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the Effective Date and post the revised Terms here.
